Rambaud, head of the Pasteur Institute in New York, was resting as comfortably as could be expected to-day at the Vassar Hos- pital here after an operation necess!- tated by the injuries he received yesterday when his automobile turned over on a sharp curve in the road four miles north of this city. There were seven other persons with Dr. Rambaud in the car when | the accident happened, including his wife, who was Mme. Gerville-Reache, famous operatic contralto, and his infant eon, Paul.
