M. to midnight, every six minutes, ‘The fastest time of the express trains from Qne Hundred and Forty-fifth street to the Bridge will be twenty-six minutes, Thiv is at the speed of fiftecn miles an hour north of Ninety-sixth street and twenty-five miles an hour to 4 P. M,, every six below that point. The local trains will | run from One Hundred and Forty-fifth street to the City Hall loop in thirty six minutes.
