Groen, insane to-day, and Judge ‘Newburger sent him. to the State Asy- fum for the CHminal Insane at Mattea- ‘wan. Experts tested that Williams Ss euffering from systomatized delusions characteristic of paranola and is in- vapable of advising counsel. Judge Newburger adjourned another trlal to preside over the examination of Williams. The next decline came with the an- nouncement that there would be ex- ports of gold, and then Atchison and the tractions were taken in hand and advanced to the highest poms in some time, with the result that the whole market responded again and advanced. In the final dealings prices were a lit- tle below the dest of the day, with trading slow. The total sales of stocks to-day were 636,700 shares, and of bonds $4,612,000.
