¥ ~ JEST SPRING Bic SENSATION. Bischoff Uses Strong Language in Ordering the Secretary of * State to Put Cunneen’s Name on “Dry” Ticket. EXCEEDED HIS AUTHORITY. Certain sensational paragraphs in the Gecision of Justice Bischoff handed down in the Supreme Court to-day in which he orders Secretary of State John T. MeDonough to certify the name of John Cunneen as the regular nominee for the office of Attorney-Gen- eral on the Prohibition ticket, despite the fact that he had already been nom- inated for that office by the Democrats, has caused widespread discussion among politicians woo have read the decision.
