Pallas, of the Strikers’ Arbitration Board, that the men would return to work t>-morrow. Terms have been reached, the Strikers agreeing to eliminate the ouside work question which the con- tractors had refused to concede, and the contractors have offered to sub- mit the hoijsters' wages question to arbitration if the men can show that hoisters employed outside of tunnel work are getting $2.50 a day.
