He ta charged with hav- ing had a treasonable correspond with Aguinaldo and his emlrsaries, The protest |« filed by George D. Gear. Mr. Gear asks that Wilcox's seat be declared vacant. Gear charges that in 18% Wilcox was convicted of treason against the Republic of Hawall and sen- tenced to be hanged.
