Owners of Mulberry Bend Houses TENANTS WON'T MOVE — oo Can't Get Their Property. Police Say They Have No Pow to Dispossess Them. Good Profit Made by Some of the Purchasers, The deadlock between the new owners of the condemned buildings on the site of the proposed Mulberry Bend Park and the old tenants is still on.
