Residents of lake front districts, from Rainier Beach to the north city limits, directly affected by the pollution of the water, and tired of city delays, are urging an expression by voters on the question of sewage disposal at the earliest opportunity. It should be done. Eventually the voters must pass upon the matter of the bond issue—whether it be to develop the obnoxious septic tank system now under fire, or to build the permanent intercepting sewer with pumps to drive the sewage into Puget Sound.
