This kind of weather seems to have been expected by a great many people. The briquetting plant has been producing more Diamond Briquets since the first of the year than during any like period since its establish- ment nine years ago. Today Diamond Briquets are selling over an area of almost 200,000 square miles. The significance of such indorsement is too obvious to need elaboration by us. Diamond Briquets are the highest grade bituminous lump fuel on this j market. They contain NO lignite coal. In them are blended only Black Dia- i mond and South Prairie coal. Out of them you obtain two kinds of heat. No i raw lump coal can equal Diamond Briquets because no raw lump coal can be free burning and quick heating like Black Diamond and at the same time be capable of coking and holding the fire when drafts are closed like South Prairie. In the furnace, fireplace, range and heater Diamond Briquets are universally satisfactory. They contain less than 10% ash by weight. After the quality, the next best part of Diamond Briquets’ story is price. Diamond Briquets are $9.90 per ton at the bunkers. Delivery costs from { $1.00 to $2.30 per ton in the various zones. Packing from the curb is extra. i Orders are filled in rotation. We or the following dealers are equipped to 4 deliver Diamond Briquets to your home. —or order from any of the following dealers, who have a good supply of Diamond Briquets on hand: ML CARE, HPNRY i HCKMAN | COAST ea D.
