CARLETON PARK? When the undersigned placed Mount Baker Park upon the market we found many who appreciated and were quick to buy the lots in that addition on account of the commanding view of Lake Washington. We found also that there was a demand—which at that time we were not able to satisfy—for homesite prop- erty giving a scenic Sound view, for lots that would give an unobstructible view of Puget Sound, the Olympics and the sea-borne commerce of this great port. Now we can and are satisfying that demand. But it was possible only by our securing control of Carleton Park, the only possible tract left that had all the ad- vantages similar to Mount Baker Park, with the Sound instead of the Lake view. There is no other tract re- maining in or near the city that has the advantages of _ Carleton Park. When this property is sold—as it soon will be—there is none other to take its place, none other with the same ‘ beautiful surroundings, none other with anywhere near the same magnificent panoramic marine view, none Gaesccmernienicntncanenimnansnant other where you can get such great values for so little money. Nor should you overlook the protective restrictions PR aaah SAB A mh that are thrown about Carleton Park. This same protec- tion was given to Mount Baker Park and is responsible for the high character of that section as a residence dis- trict with which you are familiar. Carleton Park will be such another, where both your home and your invest- ment are safeguarded against all encroachments of un- sightly, unsafe, uncomfortable, unpleasant or unprofit- able features. Let us show you—both literally and figuratively. Respectfully, JONES & PHINNEY, INC., Sales Agents. 817 Second Ave. Main 1102.
