FISHER'S-BLEND © SOUR MILK REGIPE COOK BOOK The sour milk season, so trouble- some to housewives, has started. The Fisher Flouring Mills Co., manufacturers of Fisher’s Blend Flour, has issued a sour milk recipe cook book which, to use a common expression, should “fill a long-felt want.” Occasionally a few sour milk rec- ipes are scattered through cook books. This is probably the first time a cook book devoted exclusive- ly to such recipes has appeared. Isabelle Clark Swezy, noted bak- ing and cooking expert, prepared and tested every recipe. “When using sour milk or sour cream,” says Mrs. Swezy, “the idea ° of economy is generally uppermost in the housewife’s mind. The recipes in Fisher’s Blend Sour Milk Recipe Cook Book were prepared with that idea in mind.” The edition of this Invaluable Book to Housewives is limited. A heavy demand is anticipated.
