Eugene Jordan After Evidence of Remarkable Cures Was Produced in Court On January 7th, of this year, Doctor J. Eugene Jor- dan was arraigned before the State Medical Board and his license to practice medicine revoked, the contention of the board being that the ad- vertisement reproduced, which had been running tn the local newspapers, was untrue, that Doctor Jordan conld not cure the dis s mentioned therein. Doctor Jordan appealed to the courts in the matter and the trial of the case which followed, {in the Superior Court, produced evidence of a character that aaused Judge Walter M. French to award a decision to Doctor Jordan, restoring to him his license. Judge French stated in his decision: The eourt cannot find tn this case that any credulous or ‘gnorant persons have been deceived. On the other hand, the witnesses who have been produced on be- half of Doctor Jordan are among the best people in the city.
