REGISTER NOW AT MISSION HIGH SCHOOL FOR ELECTION Board of Election Commissioners Is Forced to Secure More Com- modious Quarters. Voters who wish to register for the coming primary election will have to go to the Mission High School, Eight- eenth and Dolores streets, as the head- quarters of the Board of Election is now in that school building. Owing to lack of room in Mowry Hall, where the board has been located since the 1st, the gym- nasium of the Mission High School has been secured and will be used in the future. A force of men was occupied all day yesterday in removing the effects of the commission to the new quarters, but the registration of voters went along just the same. This morning, however, the board will be prepared to receive voters at the new stand. Including the 2100 names that were saved, about 2000 electors have registered. A R R Looters Are Arrested. Tony Palmajoni and Itsey Hertz were arrested yesterday by Policemen Riehl and Larkin at Kearny and Bush streets. They were digging out dynamos from ruins of a newspaper office on the north- east corner and had a horse and wagon in readiness to take them away. The two prisoners were locked up in “the tanks” at the O'Farrell-street station. Both have been arrested before on charges of larceny. Louis Lopez and Albert Garcia were arrested at Grant avenue and Market street by Policemen Brady and Barry. They had taken a quantity of copper wire, and other articles from the ruins of a' building and placed them in a wagon. They were taken to the O'Far- rell-street police station. P. A.
