Two Secretaries of Courts of Foresters Contribute Three Months' Salaries to Help Brothers. For many years the Companjons of the Forest of America had been trying to secure a general meeting place where the majority of the local circles could meet for business and social pur- poses, but were unable to agree upon the proposition. The fire wiped out the meeting halls of all but two circles, and now there is a general desire to have a home for the companions. Mate H. Cartwright, Lizzie Atwood, Eesle Kragen, Emma Agnes Har- rington and Helena Worms have been appointed a committee to present a plan for a companions’ hal and devise ways and means to secure such a place. This committee will re- port at a general meeting of the order to be held next Sunday at 1706 Fillmore street, the headquarters of the order’s relief committee. | On Saturday the rellef committee re- ceived a donation of $100 from the| circles in Massachusetts.
