It was shown that Mrs. Yoell made no mention of this contract with her husband in her assets, and that whie the insolvency was being prepared she reccived the first $2500, out of which she paild her attorney 3300 and disbursed ; the other $2200 among five or six creditors. Mrs. Yoell also redeem@d $400 worth of iamonds, and received anothen $1000 from er husband at the time she was supposed to> be insolvent. The court found that Mrs. Yoell had sworn falsely as to her assets and had made a fraudulent prefer- ence in settling with her creditors.
