Moxey, who are accused of conspiring together to defraud Mrs. Gage H. Phillips-Moxey out of her property valued at more than $200,000, sat in the Courtroom of Depart- mient 9 of the Superior Court yesterday afternoon and heard themselves scored by Attorney Louls Hoefller. The scoring was done In the course of Hoeffler's argument in support of the pe- tition of Alice Mandeville, daughter of Mrs. Moxey, to have her mother declared ringe of the aged woman to Moxey, who is but half her age, and the subsequent transfer of property in Boston valued at $200,000 and redwood forest lands in Men- docino County worth $20,000.
