Fine Improvements Are to Succeed Old-Time - Structures. James L. Flood has contracted with Henry Kahn, I. W. Hellman Jr. and the four Magee brothers to sell his large property on the corner of Fourth and Stevenson streets. This property fronts 155 feet on Fourth street and includes the entire frontage from Stevenson to Jessia streets, with a denth of 275 feet on Jessie street and 235 feet on Stevenson street. | In connection with this purchase the firm of Thomas Magee & Sons, which conduct- ed the negotiations and consummated the i sale, report the further purchase of ad- | jolning property by the above named buy- ers, particulars of which are withheld | for the present. +The purchasers, therefore, become tha | owners of property one acre in extent in | the center of the city and close to the | very important junction of Market, | Fourth, Ellis and Stockton streets.
