IMPORTS FOUR ANGORA GOATS FROM TURKEY Santa Clara Rancher Invokes Aid of Smugglers to Obtain the Animals. SAN JOSE, May 21.—C. P. Balley, the breeder of Angora goats, has just re- celved four Angora goats from Turkey, which have been procured to replenish his herds. This is the first importation of Angora goats from Turkey to the United States in twenty-seven years.
