It was a general holiday in this city to- day and the High School boys and girls of the south reigned supreme. The win- dows of the stores were lavishly decor- ated with black and orange, the colors bof the local school. The games commenced at 2 o'clock at Agricultural Park. The day was perfect. It was warm and calm. There was an attendance of about 2500. The bleachers were c(rowded with the happy, enthusiastic boys and girls, all be- decked with the colors of their favorite school. The Santa Barbara team arrived early this morning accompanied by a delegation | of 150 rooters. Over 300 admirers escort- ed the Santa Paula athletes to the grounds.
