Cemetery. Please omit flowers. BAD MAN OF TEXAS REPORTED KILLED . Sheriff’'s'Posse Said to Have Had a Sharp Fight With Three Fugi- tive Murderers. EL PASO, Tex., April 10.—A report from Lordsburg, N. M., to-day says that a Sheriff's posse encountered the fugitive murderers, Burt Alyord, Bravo Johnson and Willlam Stiles, in the mountains southwest of that point late yesterday, and that Stiles was killed In a fight that followed. Alvord, Johnson and Stiles broke jail at Silver City a week ago, and afterward ambushed and murdered Officer George Scarborough and wounded Officer Burchfield, who were in pursuit of them. To-day a strong posse left Deming, N. M., to guard the mountain passes to the east and head off the fugitives should they start in that direction.
