An accident occurred this morn- ing about 10 o’clock at Thirteenth and Jefferson streets, Mrs. Al Win- free and a lady friend were driving along when the horse broke through the crossing, and was baclly skinned up. One shaft was broken, and the baggy was otherwise damaged, The ladies called on Mayor Lang, and upon explaining the case to him, he agreed to have the buggy repaired at the expense of the city.
