Such com- missi er shall be appointed for a term of six years and shall have power to ad ister all laws now administered by the Food, Drug, Dairy and Oil of the vc:a Drug, Dairy and Oil Commission shall cease to exist in the gov- ernor and his deputy, and shall become vested in the Food, Drug, Dairy and 0il Commissioner, which commissioner, without further authority of law is hereby authorized and directed to assume and exercise all the powers and perform all the duties heretofore vested in, or exercised by the governor with reference to the Food, Drug, Dairy and Oil Commission, but nothing herein shall limit the general supervisory or éxamining powers vested in the gov- ernor by the laws or the constitution of the state, or such as are vested by him in any committee appointed by him. Said commissioner shall give bond, receive such compensation, perform all duties and comply with all regulations that are fixed and established by law. Where there are more than two candidates to be elected for a given office (as for state senators) the names will be rotated. The Non-Partisan Ballot will be ro- tated and also the School Board Ballot. ‘Candidates for Precinct Offices on this ballot are for Omaha. The names of candidates for the various Precinct =383153a2?8=§835m nominations. These include Justices of the Peace and Road Overseers.
