C. Bland of the court of appeals today in a decision in favor of Joseph E. Walsh, who sought an injunc- tion to prevent members of the Master Plumbers’ assoclation from combining in the refusal to sell him supplies because he was not & member, Judges Barclay and Goede concurred in the decision, which was & reversal of & de- @ision in Judge Wood's court. The case remanded to Judge Wood, who had denled an injunction asked for by Walsh and the right of snswer is left to the as- soclation.
