D., May 21.—(Special.)— Charles and Frank Marsh of Omaha, ex- ecutors of the estate of the late Cap- taln W. W. Marsh, have been in Deadwood several days, adjusting differences be- tween the estate and the St, Elmo Mining company. Several years ago Captain Marsh leased the St. Elmo mine, which is south- west of Keystone a few miles, and erected a ten-stamp mill. Through a misunder- standing a settlement of accounts was not made by Captain Marsh before his death The Marsh estate now turns over to the 8t. Elmo company the St. Eimo mine stamp mill and all huildings and received in turn about one-third of the company's stock, amounting to 80,000 shares, The St Elmo mine will prabably be opened again this season.
