Wheeler, E. M. Thayer and Engineer Schwenke of the Kansas Southern railroad and the committee appointed by the mass meeting of Omaha people Friday evening. The consultation was regarding the safo- guards to be pluced about the funds which may be donated by Omaha to the railroad enterprise. The matter was discussed for several hours, but no conclusion was reached.
