Albert Johnson, the elierly chap who was arvested a fow days smee on the charge of attempting a criminal assault upon 10-year- old Nelhe Duncan, was held to district court today in 00 bail.’ He was unable to give it and was sent to jail. The caseof William Walter, the young salesman arrested last night for embezzle- ment, was cogginued until June 19 today, the defendant being unablo to give the bond re- quired.
