H. J. and C. E. Hail have sued J. H. Mockett aud Willlam Clark for §25,000 dumages. The suit ar out ot the recent embarrassment of the Hall Range and Stove company, it wuich all four of the partios were lutorggled. Mossts. Movkoett d Clark applied to the court for tho ap- pointuent of a recaiver on the grounds thav the Hall brothers were extravagant in b munagemont of the works. Tho receiver was appointed and the works subseguently soid. The Hall brothers now sue Mockets and Clavk for damages, Thele petition alleges among other things that Mockett de- stroyed the Oredit and reputavion of the Messrs.
