Dun & Co.’s weekly review of trado will say: Cholera has landed and the busivess of New York @0es on exactly as if it had not. The selling of stocks has been quite heavy, and the de- cline fu prices has averazed about $2 per stare for all the active list. Monoy is in ample supply sud the demand from the in- terior is less than usual at this season, but large amounts are held out of the loan mar- ket by people who are looking for exceptional oprortunities to buy cheaply. "There has been much talk ubout pestilarce as an excuse for low prices of breadstuffs and cotton, but the fact that the enormuus stocks bronght over from last year afford a sufticient reason for exceedingly low prices. teceipts of wheat at the principal western ports in four davs of this week have been 5, 3 bushels, while the Atlantic exports have been oniy 1,06 bushels, and it is Dot strange that the price bas declined i cents, At 77’ cents this wheat is lower toan it ever has been in New York except in twn days in 185k Corn has declined ' cent in sympathy, but it is also the fact that western advices regarding the growing crop are more favorable. Oats have failen g cent and lard 1s a shade weaker. [n cotton there has been heayy selling und-Scptember options are baiow 7 cents, though vhe price for spot cotton is uuchavged.
