(Owing to the chango in program made late Sunduy night, the two drills booked for the forenoon had been postponed unul after din- ner. The Belknap Rifles appeared upon the field promptly at 2 p. m. and went to work, Captain Green worked his men hard and drilled them well, completing the program in less than the prescribed time.
