The concert itself will bea most enjoyaplo one, and the association should be heartily supported. The Burke Tract Going Fast, The Burke tract is building up rapidly with nice new residences and is a most desirable place fora home. Tho firemen of the city have decided that the rates offered by the railroads for visitors to Council Bluffs during the tournament are not satisfactory. The roads offer a rate of one fare for the round trip, but the firemen want the same rates os 1851—1 cent a mile.
