Palmer for removing the sidewalk adjoining the warehouse of the Sandwich Manufacturing company. The ordinance on this point is very clear, but it is a dead letter. A few fines properly administered would have a salutory effect. Judge Aylesworth is ready to do his part if the marshal will see that offending parties are brought into court. Complaints on this subject are numerous, and the matter seems o be getting no better.
