Her Death Recoalted in the Arrest of Her Mother. The unpleasant episodo with which the death of Georgianna Clark is connected was recalled yesterday in the arvest of Mrs. Phaebe Clark, mother of the deccased. It will be remembered that tho former met her death while incarcerated as a prisoner in cell 2 of the central police station about one year ago.
