Import of the Resolution Passed at the Meeting Last Night—The Mayor and Public Works Must Concur, Unanimous City Solons, The small rfumber of people who had the temerity to venture out in the storm last night to lend their presence to the proceed- ings of the city council were treated to an en- tertainment that lusted for one hour and a half, and witnessed another juggling act in the vexatious city hall building matter, Fif. teen of Omaha's solons responded to their names when the clerk called the roll, and quickly settled down to business, The market house ordinance, as returned by the committee, was first taken up and read by the city clerk. The rules were sus- pended and the ordinance was engrossed 1o be read for the third time on Tucsday even- ing next.
