Helping Build a Bridge, Petitions are circulating lively and being readily signed ng the city eouncil to call a special election for the purpose of voting a tax of 6 mills in 1887, and 6 mills in 1888, for aiding in eonstructing the approuches to the pro- posed wagon bridge at the foot of Broad- way.
