Activity in anad About the New Qourt House Yesterday, The county commisslonera were in ses- slon yesterday afternoon, examining the architeots drawlngs of the new court house to see if they have been fully car- rled out, preparatory to recelving the building to-day. The archlitect was present, but declared that he has not written a spsech for delivery to-day, so 1t the reporters want to get what he says they will have to catch him on the fly. The commissioners seem to feel satlsfied that all the details of the plans have been accurately followed in the construction of the buifdlng. A force of men and women were at work scrub- bing floors, washing off forniture; and making everything shine, o as to present a bright and attractive appearance to-day.
