The work of excavation has commenced at Broad- way M. E, church, and the laying of atone will soon follow. George Creighton has commenced suit against the Pucific Express company claiming $4,600 damages, on the claim that the latter had him arrested asa suspicious character, when in fact he was a good honest farmer.
