Tho conductor tumbled to the racket and maid: “They've Kill- ed the express messenger and are coming through the cars. KECOVE HERSKLF. Upon a recent trip of one of the Rock Island dining cars the supply of milk ran out between stations and there was nene for the passengers’ coffee and tea. As luck would have it all had dined except one stylishly dressed lady who had come in the car rather late. As the waiter served her tea she inquired for milk.
