There was a paper which purported to ke the sbstract of the votes of Cheyenne county befoce the board of canvassers which certified that Snyder received in Cheyenne county 853 votes, Crutcher 22, and Ballantine 6 vctes, making 881 votcs, You will see by The Sidney Plain- dealer an article which is copied by The Omaha Republican of 11th inst., giving Soyder's majority in Chey- enue county 436 over Balleutine who received 6 votes, which would make a total of 443 votes tor Snyder.. There is no doubt that this Cheyenne county abstract 18 fraudulent. Through this fraud the certificato has been given to H. Soyder in this senatorial district instead of D. C.
