SECTION 67. Removal of Obstructions. Al obstruetions and incumbrances of evéry kind which shall be erected, placed, 1aid, left, deposited, continued, or' suffered to remain’in and upon any highway, street, public walk, public avenue, or pirb- lie landing place in said city, in wiolation of any by-law or ordinance of maid clty, aball be desmed forfefted to said city, and may be appropriated to its uss by the Board of Public Works; and said Lioard of Public Works may cause ail nuisances, obstructions, and_incumbracss, .found or existing in any place in.said city, in vie- lation of any by-law or ‘ordinance of sa\d city to be removed at the expense of the person or, persqus causing, continuing, or suftering. to Temmain such nuisance, ob- struetion, or -incumbrance.
