A The movement is on in response to a telegram from Mayor Frank A. Ha- garty of Hartford to Mayor J. J. Mc- Garry, inviting Putnam. to send a delegation. The committee boosting the matter here is made up of Mayor McGarry, Rev. C. J. Harriman, secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Harry C. Meinken and John B. Byrre. If it is decided not to have a spe- cial train, and this will depend large- ly on the number going, the Putnam people will go to Hartford on the 10.03 train Saturday morning. OBITUARY. Mrse. Harry A.
