A new concrete bridgs is being constructed over Ash Brook. Raymond Paimer was struck on the head by a stone falling from the steam shovel while at work on the state road a week ago. He was carried to his home. Twin Calves and Two Unborn. Walcott Ayer recently lost a val- uable cow. The cow gave birth to a pair of calves in the pasture and af- ter returning to the barn died. Upon examination it was found that there were two more unborn calves. The Christian Endeavor meetigg was led by Miss Hattie Hawkins Sunday evening. The subject was Speak Not Bvil One of Another.
