The holdings are said to be 13.2 per cent greater than a year ago and the market value is considerably less than when they were put in storage. This is the principle of the United Tractor I have just read the article in the Nonpartisan Leader of Oct. 25, entitled “The New Freedom in Action”, taking some excerpts from the book, “The New Freedom,” written by President ‘Wilson. I have also read this book and 1 find that the book from cover to cover coincides with the aims and ideas of the Nonpartisan league. For instance on page 172 in this boo! President Wilson says: - “] take my stand ABSOLUTELY where EVERY progressive OUGHT to take his stand, that private monopoly IS [INDEFENSIBLE AND INTOLERABLE.” This is my idea exactly in regard to the food gamblers who have so far moncpolized the distribution of food stuff in the United States that today we are facing the spectacle of tons of farm products rotting on the ground while mothers and babies in the great industrial centers are starving to death for want of these products. The kept press controlled by these monopolies REMEMBER THIS Legal blanks that are not printed as the law demands are not legal. They are simply blanks, and are worth nothing.
