D THE ROLLCALL The Leader herewith gives the rolleall in the house on House Bill 44, the bill submitting to the people of North Dakota a new constitution to be voted upon at a special election next June. Representatives marked “League” were elected by the farmers through the Nonpartisan League. Those not indicated with the word “League’” were not elected with the Nonparti- san League indorsement.
