INCENDIARISM IN SING SING About half-past twelve o’clock Wednesday morne ing an alarm was sounded on the different church‘ bells in Sing Sing, caused by a fire in the barn and stables occupied and partly owned by James T. Anser, within twenty feet of the Presbyterian Church. The engineers have boon a work all winter mapping out the work neoes- sary to be done this spring, and preparing for the improvements that must be made, The work té be done this spring includes repairs to the Seneca River aqueducty Limestone aqueduct, Butternut Crock aqueduct, the feeders at Port Kyron, Butternut Creek and Oriskany; the dum at Fayetteville, the 8 ‘and waste wiers of two reservoirs in Hamilton county are also to be repaired, The.locks on the Black River canal and feeder will have to be fixed up to 8 certain extent.
