Wolf, on behalf of Griswold, for a mandamus compelling the Commissioners of Charities aid Corrections to pay to Griswold the amount stated 4 pirsuant to the act referred to. J. This money was not paid, and Hyman brought suit against Wein on his written guarantee, Wein defended on tho ground that Hyman had taken the purchaser's notes for the amount and released him (Wein) as surety.
