Leland, formerly proprietors of the Metro- politan Hotel, againgt the executors of tho late Alexan- der T. Stewart and others, the final decree, om appeal, of the Hon, Ward Hunt, Associate Ji of the United States Bupreme Court, was yesterday filed in bbe office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The decree orders that the executors of the late A T. Stewart Shall deliver to the assignee a conveyance or copvey- ances of the different lots and houses and farms which ‘were given to A T.
