Muller & Son, at the Exchange, yester- day, in anticipation of the executor’s sale of the prop” erty of the estate of William H. Raynor, deceased. A large amount of really valuable property, well dis” tributed throughout the cily, was offered, without re- serve, to the highest bidder, Most of the property wold went to bond fide bidders. It was understood, bewever, that the dwelling of the late Mr. Raynor, situated at No. 784 Filth avenue, between Sixty-second and Sixty-third streets, which was knocked down to Mr. Joba Deppelier for $68,500, was bought in.
