Yesterday was the busiest duy everknown at this court. Jadge Kasmire disposed of not less than 125 cages, all excepts two being arrests for minor offences, The two exceptious were John Connelly and Katie Foley. Connelly keeps a gam- bling house at No. 306 Seventh avenue, and on Saturday night Officer Price, of the Twentiech it, arresting Connelly and eighteen others, who were playing at taro at the time. Each of the eighteen was fined $10, and Conneliy was held in $2,000 batl to answer, Katie Foley was charged with stealing $8 from Patrick Segrath, in a nouse at No, 116 Tuompson Street, into which she bad enilced him.
