This charge was sustainea by the | evidence of every keeper in the institution. Mr. | Post himself admitted the charge, but stated that | the whiskey was apviejack and was his private | property. This was the worst horn of the dilemma, | Jor the rules of the institution prohibit the sale of liquors under a penalty of $100 for each of Jence.
