Messrs, Tiemaun, Benedict and Weismann, the Senate committee charged with the investigation of the alleged frauds in the erection of the Jeter- son Market and Hariem Court Houses, met yester- day in the rooms of the Board of Aldermen, Mr. Tiemann presiding, ©, H. Kitche) appeared as counsel for the committee, and Harry Genet and Devlin and Trall tor the Commissioners, A. 8. Cady, of the Comptroller's office, waa placed on ‘the stand to identify and produce the warrants aud ‘vouchers for payments made by the Comptroller.
